Include
- What you were trying to do
- The page URL (or a screenshot)
- Your account email (if relevant)
- Your device/browser (mobile/desktop)
- The approximate time the issue happened (and your timezone)
Billing & subscription help
If your message is about billing, include any of the following you have available: the invoice/receipt email, the date you were charged, and the last 4 digits of the card used (do not send full card numbers). We can help with access issues, subscription status, and charge questions.
Account access
If you cannot log in, tell us what email you used to sign up and what you see on screen. For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before making changes.
