1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LineOrBust (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Informational and Entertainment Use Only

LineOrBust is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial, betting, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying all lines, odds, and availability with your sportsbook of choice.

3. No Guarantees

The Service may include analytics, trends, and signal-based insights derived from third-party data and internal calculations. Past performance does not predict future results. We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, completeness, or availability.

4. Eligibility and Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and age requirements in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for use where prohibited by law.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

6. Subscription, Trial, and Billing

When billing is enabled, LineOrBust may offer a free trial with full access. A valid payment method is required at signup to start the trial.

Trial length is currently 7 days. When the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $7.99 per month unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after you have been charged, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If a payment fails, we may provide a 24-hour grace period. After the grace period ends, your account may be locked until payment is updated.

Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Payments and Third Party Processors

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms and policies. We do not store your full payment card details.

Except where required by law, charges are nonrefundable. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate access while the dispute is pending.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at scale, disrupting availability, reverse engineering, or using the Service in any unlawful manner.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including branding, design, and proprietary analytics, is owned by LineOrBust and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Third Party Services

The Service may reference or link to third-party services (for example sportsbooks). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, security concerns, or nonpayment when billing is enabled.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineOrBust will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
